FAQ

1. How much does your service cost?

We have packages of prepaid minutes ranging from 100 minutes at $155 per month up to 5000 minutes. Your particular package would be wholly dependent on the number of calls per day per time period that you wish to have covered. It would also be dependent upon your business mix of corporate versus retail percentages. Our 24/7 service is provided on a as needed when needed basis.

2. Do I have to sign a long term contract?

There is no long term contract. We operate on a month to month agreement with a 10 day notice to cancel, decrease the size of the package, or increase the size of the package for the next billing cycle or longer.

3. What services are included in your price?

All of our packages include the basic services needed to quote, make reservations, modify and cancel reservations. It also covers the e-mail notifications we give you on every phone call, your every 24 hour phone call report e-mail, the recording of the call and the outbound calls in the event of an incident or emergency. It does not cover wake up calls to drivers, assignment of drivers or dispatch services.

4. What other services do you offer?

We also offer other services such as driver wake up calls, driver status calls, SMS texts to drivers and various dispatch functions. These services are quoted separately from our reservation packages. We also offer live chat on your websites for sales and customer care support, rapid email quotes and SMS text communications capabilities with your clients. We will be announcing lead generation/marketing services for limousine companies in the fall of 2010.

5. Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 10 day free trial of our reservation services. The number of minutes for the free trial is limited to the monthly plan that you choose for your business should you decide to become a paid member. We stand by our pledge that we don’t miss calls and we always ask for the booking.  Phones are typically answered within 30-60 seconds.

6. Is my company information and client list kept confidential?

Yes. We prescreen all of our applicants with drug testing and back ground checks. We have 24/7 video and audio monitoring of our command center. Every employee signs a confidentiality agreement and we include a confidentiality agreement in every month to month agreement we execute.  Your agreement with us contains our specific commitment to keep your information confidential.

7. What livery software programs do you work with.

LimoLive24.com works with several major livery software packages. At present, the easiest systems for us to remotely access are LimoAnywhere, Corporate Car Online and ULS.  These systems allow us to instantly access them from our offices the same way that our members do since they are cloud based.  For larger limo operations using server based systems, we can arrange to remotely access your servers through a windows VPN or we can use our own internal software for reservations.

8. Have the owners of limolive24 ever owned/operated a limo company?

Yes the founders of LimoLive24 came from two distinct backgrounds. Livery operators who had built their own limousine companies from the ground up and who knew what it took to provide a productive, client-centric reservations and dispatch operation, and entrepreneurial venture professionals from the technology and call center industries. Park Avenue Ventures was tapped for this talent because their team had built five different call centers, answering services and emergency and homeland security dispatch operations centers from 1990 – 2005. They knew the technology, training and operational controls necessary to develop LimoLive24. As business professionals, they had the education and entrepreneurial experience to put together a strong business to fill the niche of providing a reliable specialized resource to outsource limousine reservations and dispatch functions.

9. Is your reservation command center based in the united states?

Yes.  All reservations agents based in the USA. We do not outsource.  We feel that due to the intricate nature of the limousine business and the level of personalization we need to provide to each client, only USA based agents will be able to perform to the level required.
